Pearlstone Partners is doubling down on its commitment to growing in Austin.
Over the next three years, the Austin-based real estate investment firm said it plans to add three new projects totaling upwards of $700 million to its expanding portfolio. The new developments will further redefine the skyline and urban living in the city, Pearlstone officials say.

Pearlstone Partners has sealed $75 million of construction financing to build a condominium building in Austin, Texas, Commercial Observer can first report.Knighthead Funding supplied the loan for Pearlstone Partners’ planned 182-unit condo project in Austin’s South Lamar neighborhood — slated for completion in the second half of 2024. The transaction marks Knighthead’s fifth for Pearlstone since 2020.

New 32-story condo building could add to Austin's skyline

AUSTIN, Texas — An Austin-based developer has filed paperwork related to a potential new high-rise in Downtown Austin.
According to KVUE's news partners at the Austin American-Statesman, Pearlstone Partners filed a site plan to be reviewed by the City of Austin for a 32-story residential tower at Lavaca and West 14th streets. Plans are still preliminary, but the building could house up to 220 condominium units.

The 32-story residential tower planned by local developer Pearlstone Partners is set to bring approximately 220 new residences to the southwest corner of West 14th and Lavaca Streets near the Capitol in downtown — but we still haven’t gotten a look at the as-yet-unnamed building’s appearance from architects STG Design.
Pearlstone plans another Austin condo tower

A local developer is proposing another residential tower in downtown Austin.
Pearlstone Partners plans to build a 32-story residential tower with 220 condos at the corner of Lavaca and West 14th streets, the Austin American-Statesman reported. The tower will rise across the street from the 13-story SXSW Center. The lot, which previously held two vacant buildings, is located immediately west of the Texas Capitol.
The project is in very early stages and not likely to break ground this year, Pearlstone senior vice president Chris Zaiontz told the outlet.
This is one of multiple condo towers Pearlstone has underway in central Austin.
