21 Pearl is a ground-up student housing projected located in the West Campus neighborhood of Austin, TX. This 135-unit (272 bedroom) property consists of 106,547 SF of residential space just blocks from the University of Texas at Austin. Amenities include a fitness center, resident courtyard, and ground floor business center. With five floors of apartments over three levels of underground parking, this project size provided the exposure for the development group to scale up. Completed in 2013 and sold in 2019.
