Brian Tucker is a licensed architect with extensive experience in several different project typologies including office, retail, industrial, tenant improvements, multifamily housing, and mixed use. Brian has been involved with all aspects of project management design, documentation, and construction including feasibility studies, production of construction documents, and construction administration. He has also served as a quality control manager where he has been involved in creating construction specifications, standard operating procedures, research, and technical document reviews for risk management. Since then, Brian has shifted roles and now is a project manager in real estate development where he combines his experience with a vision for community and sustainability to lend value to current projects.
Brian has degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University in Austin. He is an accredited approved professional from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design in both LEED Building Design + Construction and LEED for Homes programs. He is also involved in the community as an active member of the the local Gideons International organization. In his spare time, Brian enjoys reading, swimming, and drawing and is known to always have a sketchbook with him.
