Located at 300 Pressler Street, between downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake, the 146‑residence tower is under construction and scheduled for completion in Q4 2027.
Sales will begin in August 2026 at the new sales gallery located at 504 Oakland Ave, with residences priced from under $1 million to signature penthouses above $6 million.
