The Role

The Code is a hotel-condominium offering in Austin, designed for buyers who want flexibility, design, and performance in one place. It sits at the intersection of ownership, hospitality, and smart urban living.

Pearlstone Partners is seeking a Sales Executive dedicated exclusively to The Code. This role is centered on investment-oriented condominium sales, not traditional residential transactions. Buyers are assessing The Code as both a place to stay while in Austin and a strategic investment decision, and they expect a sales partner who understands how value is created, protected, and used over time.

This is an on-site role responsible for the full buyer lifecycle, from initial inquiry through contract and closing, working closely with Pearlstone leadership, sales operations, and the customer experience team.


What You’ll Do

Own the Buyer Experience
  • Serve as the primary on-site sales lead for The Code, representing a differentiated, investment-oriented condominium offering.
  • Guide buyers through the full purchase process, from initial inquiry and private tours through contract execution and closing.
  • Build trust through informed, value-driven conversations, consistent follow-up, and confident guidance.
  • Assess buyer objectives and decision criteria to align each client with the appropriate residence.

Sell a Complex, Differentiated Product
  • Represent a professionally managed, ownership model with confidence and precision.
  • Communicate long-term value, flexibility, and market positioning.
  • Navigate buyer questions and objections with clarity, context, and discretion.

Market Awareness & Strategy
  • Maintain a deep working knowledge of The Code’s amenities, HOA structure, legal documents, and financing programs.
  • Stay current on competitive offerings, neighborhood dynamics, and market shifts that influence buyer decisions.
  • Contribute insights that inform pricing, positioning, and sales strategy.

Pipeline & Backlog Management
  • Manage buyer/investor relationship from inquiry to closing, ensuring timely and accurate communication with buyers and internal teams.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage and accurate reporting to support forecasting and sales velocity.
  • Partner closely with inside sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, nurturing, and conversion.

Presentations & Relationships
  • Conduct buyer and broker tours, private appointments, broker briefings, and select events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, lenders, and industry partners.
  • Represent The Code and Pearlstone Partners professionally at community and industry events.


Who You Are

  • A seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in condominium sales, development sales, investment-sales, or another high-consideration sales environment.
  • Comfortable guiding analytical, market-aware buyers through complex purchase decisions.
  • Skilled at discussing value, risk, trade-offs, and long-term positioning in a clear, grounded way.
  • Relationship-driven, yet disciplined and methodical in follow-up, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Confident presenting to individual buyers, investors, and small broker groups.
  • Collaborative and effective across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and committed to accuracy, transparency, and accountability in sales tracking.

Schedule & Commitment

  • Sales Executive is expected to be full-time, on-site at The Code.
  • Five days per week, including one required weekend day, with flexibility for evenings and events.


Compensation & Growth
