Bill Knauss has over twenty years of real estate development experience on various projects, both nationally and internationally. Over his career, he has been directly involved in the development, design, and construction of over $2 Billion in real estate assets, consisting of over 3,000 residential units, multiple resort and boutique hotel developments, commercial office space, retail, and light manufacturing facilities. As President and Principal of Pearlstone Partners, Bill is responsible for leading the development teams to ensure the successful execution of all projects. Bill holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
