As Vice President of Development and General Counsel, Jerry Lott, Jr. oversees Pearlstone Partner’s legal affairs. Jerry provides operational oversight and input towards advancing the firm’s legal strategy in all aspects of the development process by overseeing due diligence, acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, incentives, construction, debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining Pearlstone Partners, Jerry was an attorney with Winstead PC in the firm’s Real Estate Development and Investments practice group, where he represented real estate developers, investors, landlords, and businesses. Jerry earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2013, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a double-minor in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate, from Baylor University in 2003.
